How we treat people

Honesty and transparency, above all.

• We tell the truth. We explain what our products do, what they do not do yet, what their limits are and what they cost. We do not hide problems or promise what we cannot deliver.
• The customer's problem comes first. We look for the best solution to the real problem, not the one most convenient for us. Our customers' success is the measure we judge our work by.
• Quality before speed. We would rather wait a little than ship something incomplete or unreliable. Launching is only the start: we measure, learn and keep improving.
• Trust demands responsibility. We trust the people who work on Korzen to act on their own, take responsibility and give their best. That trust is earned with work done well.
• We keep learning. We research before we decide, respect proven fundamentals and follow what changes. We do not mistake novelty for progress.

How we build

1. Customer excellence. Everything starts with the outcome for the customer. A protection that gets in the way of the site working, or exposes its data, is not good protection. No feature, metric or internal gain justifies putting at risk what the customer came to protect.
2. Reliability. Korzen must never become a single point of failure. The customer's site must keep working even when our systems have errors, slow down or go down. We design for failures, timeouts and missing signals, so that our components never interrupt legitimate access or make security decisions without enough evidence.
3. Security. We sell protection, so security is a fundamental requirement, not an optional feature. We apply least privilege, isolation between customers, strict handling of secrets and encryption built on proven standards. Every architecture decision has to consider how an attacker could exploit it.
4. Cost. We build lean, efficient infrastructure in proportion to what customers need. We cut waste and keep optimising, but we never buy savings at the cost of reliability or security.
5. Developer experience. Korzen is run with clear responsibility for its decisions. AI agents help write, review and test the code against these principles. We invest in tools, documentation and automation that speed up the work and reduce errors. We do not seek sophistication for its own sake: we seek to ship reliable software with no more complexity than it needs.

Ahead of attackers

Bots, browsers, AI models and attack techniques keep evolving. Our defences have to evolve with them.

We start from proven methods, measure how well they work and study what attackers, researchers and competitors find. We experiment when there is a concrete reason to, and keep what shows results.

We do not assume a defence works because it looks clever or worked yesterday. We test, observe and adapt.

A bot protection is only worth something if it keeps working against real threats.
