Better Uptime Bot: what it is, its IP ranges, and how to block it

It loads a page on a schedule to tell its owner whether the site is up. Bot Protection lets it through by default; you can block it.

How to verify it

Any bot can write Better Uptime Bot in its User-Agent. A request is Better Uptime Bot only when its address is in Better Stack's published list below: check the address, not the name.
