brand Korzen. All rights reserved.

1. Definitions

   "Korzen" means LF Consultoria de Desenvolvimento e Operacional Ltda, the copyright
   holder named above.

   "Software" means the software development kit published with this licence, in source
   or compiled form, including its documentation and any part, copy or translation of it.

   "Service" means Korzen Bot Protection and the other online services Korzen offers at
   korzen.dev.

   "You" means the person or legal entity that holds an account with the Service and uses
   the Software, and the employees and contractors who use it on that holder's behalf.

2. Grant

   While You hold an account with the Service, Korzen grants You a non-exclusive,
   non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, royalty-free licence to install, copy
   and run the Software, unmodified except as section 3(b) allows, as part of Your own
   applications and servers, for the sole purpose of integrating those applications
   with the Service.

   You may make only the copies that this purpose needs, such as copies in Your source
   repositories, build systems, package caches and deployed servers.

   Korzen publishes the Software through package registries and their mirrors and
   caches. Every copy of the Software, however obtained, is licensed only under this
   licence, and a registry's or mirror's distribution of it grants You no further right.

3. Restrictions

   Except as section 2 expressly allows, You may not:

   (a) copy, distribute, publish, sell, resell, rent, lease, lend, sublicense or otherwise
       make the Software available to any third party, alone or as part of a product of
       Your own whose purpose is to provide the Software or its functions to others;
   (b) modify, translate, adapt or create derivative works of the Software, except where
       the change is needed only to run the Software in Your own applications for the
       purpose of section 2;
   (c) use the Software, or any part of it, with any service other than the Service, or
       to build, train, test or improve a product or service that competes with it;
   (d) remove or alter this licence, the copyright notice, or any notice of origin in the
       Software.

   Anything You do with the Software that this licence does not expressly allow infringes
   Korzen's copyright.

4. Termination

   This licence ends automatically when You no longer hold an account with the Service,
   or when You breach it. When it ends, You must stop using the Software and delete every
   copy of it within thirty (30) days.

5. Ownership

   The Software is licensed, not sold. Korzen keeps all right, title and interest in it,
   including every copyright and other intellectual property right. No right is granted by
   implication or otherwise beyond those stated here.

6. No warranty

   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
   INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND
   NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT THE APPLICABLE LAW ALLOWS.

7. Limitation of liability

   TO THE EXTENT THE APPLICABLE LAW ALLOWS, KORZEN IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR
   OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR ITS USE. NOTHING IN
   THIS LICENCE LIMITS A LIABILITY THAT THE APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW TO BE LIMITED.

8. The Service's terms

   Your use of the Service itself is governed by the terms of service published at
   https://korzen.dev. Where this licence and those terms conflict about the Software,
   this licence prevails.

9. Governing law

   This licence is governed by the law, and subject to the courts, that the terms of
   service at https://korzen.dev name for the Service.

10. Severability

   If a provision of this licence is held unenforceable, it is enforced to the greatest
   extent the law allows, and the other provisions remain in force.
